Self Employed

If you are self- employed then time is precious to you - time spent on paperwork and admin means time not spent earning money. Evenings and weekends are taken up with quoting and organising supplies. This leaves little time for book-keeping. If this sounds familiar, Why not take a look at the Sage One range of products?

Self Employed

Sage One Cashbook is designed specifically for Sole Traders, especially those who are not VAT Registered. It is an internet based programme that means you can still keep your finger on the pulse of how your business is doing, and so can your accountant/book-keeper in real time. They do all the adjustments and you just manage the cash in/cash out.

As your business grows and you become VAT Registered and take on bigger contracts then you can easily upgrade to Sage One Accounts. Sage One Accounts still follows the straightforward format of Sage Cash One, but with more information available to you to help you grow your business. You can produce your own VAT return and submit it online (this is mandatory for most businesses from April 2012).

Also, you can create your own invoices and start building your brand!

Your book-keeper or accountant can also access your Sage One Accounts via the internet, check your work, make adjustments, and help you produce real time profit reports.

Sage One also has a payroll programme designed to integrate with Sage One Accounts and Sage One Cashbook.

Sage One Payroll calculates wages, PAYE and NIC for weekly or monthly employees, as well as SSP, SMP etc.

You can print payslips, end of year reports and submit on-line to HMRC.

We provide affordable training on how to use Sage One either at your own premises or by attending one of our training courses.

Small Construction Companies

Small Construction Companies

As a small construction company you may be a sub-contractor, VAT registered and responsible for collecting CIS from your workers. You may also be deducted CIS and retention by Main Contractors.

We provide affordable training on how to use Sage 50 Accounts Essentials either at your own premises or by attending one of our training courses. Sage 50 Accounts Essentials is ideal for small construction companies that have employees or sub-contractors and when used with Sage CIS can be used to calculate and submit CIS payments to HMRC.

If you are also an employer then we can train you how to use Sage One Payroll.
